T1F Mum Dinners

Type1 Mum ambassadors in each town act as hosts to connect mums from all over their cities or towns. These incredibly popular dinners are a relaxed evening full of laughs, stories and understanding. They are important in connecting all mums living with Type1 Diabetes themselves or a parenting a child with it.

Facilitating and funding Type1 Mums Dinners, launching them interstate and into over 10 towns connecting over 60 families. These Dinners are relaxed, inclusive, friendly and very popular amongst our Type1 community. “The Type1 Mums Dinners are the glue that sticks our community together, as you connect the mums then you connect the whole family”.

We will provide you funds & supplies to host a type 1 mum dinner in your city. We will help you to create an event on facebook, send you a goodie bag for each mum and we shout the first drink! Hosts are encourage to contact local businesses for donations to create a raffle and then each guest is also given a raffle ticket.
