It was an incredible honour to be keynote speaker and share my journey at the Humans in Geelong Book Launch in Geelong this month. The opportunity to share why I started our amazing community that is the Type1 Foundation and to share how a diagnosis changes your life forever.

Our biggest event to date went off with a bang. Thanks to all who came along to our Gumbuya World Family day.

Stephanie found going through treatment for Mental Illness to be isolating and deeply personal. Type 1 is similar as both are relentless on a daily basis.

Join our Team T1F! This year we are entering our first T1F team, raising funds and awareness for Type1 Diabetes. Stadium Stomp is an event that runs annually at the MCG, this years will be on 22nd July.  It's a great way to get fit if running isn't for you! A huge challenge for the whole family to enjoy together.
