We help kids 0-17 years of age who face one or more of these challenges:

SICK - DISADVANTAGED - SPECIAL NEEDS

Eligibility

  • Applicants must live in Victoria

  • Applications can only be accepted for children aged 0 to 17 years

  • Applicants must be medically diagnosed with a chronic illness or disability

  • Previous recipients will not be considered for another a Individual Grant until 12 months after the date listed on their approval letter
