Main Course: 
Featuring marinated chicken thigh fillet stuffed with sautéed leeks, mushrooms, and fresh herbs blended with ricotta cheese, wrapped in prosciutto. This exquisite dish is served with a confit garlic mash, maple glazed carrot, broccolini, and a rich red wine and thyme jus.

Dessert:

Pavlova Roulade: Filled with passionfruit mousse and decorated with wattle seed crumble, served with berry coulis and macerated grapes. 

Chocolate Crunch Delight: A combination of chocolate sponge topped with raspberry jelly, surrounded by chocolate mousse, and decorated with fine red crumble, served with Chantilly cream and fresh strawberry.
